Profile:

• 3+ years of experience designing tech products or websites
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC Suite
• Deep understanding of  the principles and best practices of human interaction design and visual design
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a passion for both UI design and visual design, showcasing various styles and project types, preferably for different platforms (web, mobile, etc)
• Ability to rapidly prototype ideas or design key visuals
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Good presentation, constructive (and diplomatic) criticism skills
• Excellent organisational skills; ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail
• Strong comfort level with ambiguity and an iterative design process

You will:

• Ideate new features based on user personas
• Design high-fidelity UI components and interactive prototypes
• Provide pixel-perfect deliverables for developers and marketers, that adhere to the ever-growing Machinations Design System.

Bonus points:

• Experience in building and shipping worldwide known products
• Experience in the gaming industry
• You have strong illustration, animation or 3D skills
