- Engage with medium and large clients to understand their business challenges and objectives.
- Provide expert advice on how our system dynamics can address specific client needs.
- Drive the development of the sales pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the market presence of our company.
- Conduct in-depth product presentations, highlighting the capabilities of our tool in leveraging system dynamics for business success.
- Tailor presentations to address the unique requirements of each client.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Act as a trusted advisor, positioning yourself as an expert in system dynamics solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends, client feedback, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and address client feedback.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that enhance the distribution and adoption of our tools.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or a similar role, preferably in advising on tools or solutions utilizing system dynamics.
- Strong understanding of system dynamics principles and their practical application in business.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with medium and large enterprise clients.
- Track record of successfully advising clients and meeting sales targets.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Travel availability, up to 30%, when needed
