We’re hiring a Brand Copywriter to help us scale our brand presence and pipeline impact across B2B and B2G in the GCC (with a strong focus on KSA). This is a high-ownership role for someone who can write with clarity, precision, and commercial intent.

1) Brand content (always-on)

  • Write quality brand copies monthly for LinkedIn , IG & X and key brand channels
  • Translate strategy into consistent voice: premium, credible, and human
  • Write ad copies every month (variants for testing and optimization)
  • Develop and optimize monthly social media copy aligned with the content calendar to strengthen brand positioning and drive engagement growth.



3) Employer branding + leadership visibility

  • Build a content calendar for Manara leaders (CEO, President, VP Commercial, etc.)
  • Write posts that strengthen Manara’s brand story, POV, and credibility
  • Create recurring internal storytelling around our “value heroes” and culture

4) Commercial communications (pipeline enablement)

  • Impact reports and announcements
  • Company profile updates
  • Sales decks and supporting one-pagers
  • Commercial website copy (pages, CTAs, positioning, offerings rewrites)
  • Blog posts and a monthly newsletter (B2B audience)
  • Owning our email marketing channel

5) Video ad creative

  • Write or co-write video ad scripts with agencies (hooks, voiceover, captions, variants)

What “great” looks like in this role
• You write copy that is brand-safe, premium, and conversion-aware
• You can shift smoothly between:
executive positioning (B2B/B2G)

campaign copy (ads + landing pages)

human storytelling (leaders + culture)
• You understand the GCC context and what resonates with decision-makers in KSA
• You iterate fast, test angles, and improve performance over time
Requirements (must-haves)

  • Proven copywriting experience in B2B (B2G is a plus)
  • Strong familiarity with GCC/KSA market context and tone expectations
  • Startup experience (fast pace, high ownership, minimal hand-holding)
  • Hands-on ability to write B2B lead gen ad copy (LinkedIn, retargeting, etc.)
  • Strong in B2B email marketing (nurture sequences, announcements, newsletters)
  • Excellent English writing; Arabic is a strong plus (bilingual is ideal)

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in EdTech, SaaS, AI tooling, or workforce development
  • Worked with brand guidelines and enterprise brand approvals
  • Comfortable collaborating with designers, growth teams, and video agencies
