Your Part

• Build retrieval and memory layers for our agents to reason about insane amounts of organizational data
• Transform unstructured data into interactive knowledge graphs that power our agentic workflows
• Try things that ordinary people would say wouldn't work
• Measure and assess the quality of our AI systems and make sure they self-improve over time

Your Profile

• Experience with VLMs, Retrieval and obsessed with evaluating their performance
• Obsessed with ontological modelling and context graphs
• Proven ability to design rigorous ML experiments and iterate based on results
• Experience in Full-Stack development, especially React and FastAPI is a plus

Founders

We met during our studies at CDTM in Munich. Felix was at 11x, backed by Benchmark and a16z, working on digital workers before most of the industry decided this was a thing. Christophe was at Enam, backed by Elad Gil, where they were buying large companies and had to deploy AI agents to take over their operations as fast as possible. We were both doing this before it was obvious. We've made most of the mistakes already. We spend every waking minute fixated on how to make AI do real work. The model stops feeling like a tool and starts feeling like a teammate. That moment is what we're chasing.
