Overview:

MarcoPolo Learning is seeking a Director – Early Learning Solutions, a unique role that combines strategic growth, partnership development, and educational leadership. This position is designed for an experienced professional with extensive experience in early childhood education and an emphasis on classroom quality. The ideal candidate will have a PhD in Education, or a related field, and a proven track record in driving growth through partnerships while leading innovative learning initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to identify, establish, and manage key partnerships that drive business growth and enhance our educational offerings.
  • Lead initiatives to expand MarcoPolo Learning’s market presence and increase adoption of our products and services through strategic alliances.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of educational programs and curricula, ensuring they align with the latest research and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to create and deliver compelling partnership proposals and educational content.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major partners, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring mutual goals are met.
  • Represent MarcoPolo Learning at industry conferences, events, and meetings to promote our mission and expand our network.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
  • Provide thought leadership in early childhood education, contributing to the development of white papers, articles, and other thought leadership content.
  • Manage and mentor a team of professionals dedicated to partnerships and educational initiatives, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Ensure all educational content and programs meet high standards of quality and efficacy, utilizing data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • PhD in Education or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in early childhood education, with a strong understanding of pedagogical theories and practices.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role focused on partnerships, business development, or growth within the education sector.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive revenue and impact.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the sector.
  • Ability to travel as needed to represent MarcoPolo Learning at events and meetings.
