Job Title: Regional Representative - Early Learning

Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid or Remote

Overview:

As a Regional Representative for MarcoPolo Learning, you will leverage your extensive background and network in the early learning space to develop MarcoPolo Learning’s brand in your region.

Responsibilities:

  • This role requires a dynamic individual who can utilize their existing network, attend events, and employ various outreach methods to connect with potential partners.
  • Leverage your existing contacts to introduce them to MarcoPolo Learning’s products and services.
  • Develop MarcoPolo Learning’s brand in your local market and community.
  • Conduct online presentations, demos, and face-to-face meetings with potential partners, with the support of MarcoPolo Learning’s team.
  • Contribute to general strategy and business development efforts in the region to enhance our market presence.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position MarcoPolo Learning’s offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
  • Provide regular feedback to the management team on market conditions, customer needs, and product improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in the early learning space as a former: coach/instructor, education administrator, curriculum coordinator, program specialist or similar.
  • Established network within the region's early education sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Knowledge of the EdTech industry and early childhood education.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
  • Passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the sector.

Prior business development and sales experience is not a requirement.

This is a US-based position. The salary range for this full-time position is $65,000-$75,000 + significant commission opportunities. The actual salary offered will depend on experience and skill level and the commission level will be based on performance.
