About

We’re Massive Dynamic. Our mission is to automate marketing. The first step is to build the best copilot for digital advertisers and help hundreds of thousands of operators globally focus on creativity and strategy instead of getting bogged down in repetitive tasks.

We were founded by Trystan (CEO) and Guillaume (CTO). We have deep experience in paid marketing and shipping great products used daily by millions. We just raised a pre-seed round led by Seedcamp.

Role

As Founding Engineer, you’re the foundation on which we build the company. You contribute to the first versions of the product and iterate with us towards our vision of automated paid marketing.

You wear many hats: you build products, design systems, and fine tune models. You might tackle moonshots or polish a feature. You do what it takes to fulfill our mission.

The only product manager is our CEO. Like everyone in the team, you obsess over customer pain points and how to solve them. You spend time with customers to understand how they work and use our product. You contribute to the product roadmap.

Profile

You’re passionate about your craft. You have a portfolio of side projects and contributions.

You’re an experienced software engineer with a strong foundation in backend development, comfortable designing scalable systems, APIs, and data pipelines. While we currently use TypeScript across the stack (React on the frontend, Node.js on the backend), deep expertise in these specific frameworks is not required. What matters most is your ability to quickly pick up new tools and languages, write clean and reliable code, and contribute to building production-grade systems.

You are excited to work across the stack, from the backend logic and data models to the frontend experience that brings them to life.

You’re intensely curious and an insatiable learner.

You’re highly disciplined and willing to work hard.

You’re excited about shipping impactful products, not just high-quality code. You have product sense.

Bonus: you have engineering experience at an early stage company.
