Role
As Founding Deployment Strategist, you’ll work side-by-side with our customers, engineers, and product designers to successfully deploy our software and drive marketing automation.
You’ll partner with customer teams at every level to understand their toughest pain points, immerse yourself in their processes, and help them build upon our platform to unlock value.
You’ll partner with go-to-market, engineering, and product to steer our roadmap and implement our latest advances.
You’ll tackle a wide variety of problems such as:
Going on the field and working with operators to analyze their workflows and needs.
Customizing our tools to deliver impactful solutions: set context and data pipelines, fine tune prompts, and more.
Engaging stakeholders from pilot to full deployment through training, workshops, demos.
Embed with our software engineer and product design teams to incorporate your field knowledge into our offering.
Scope out engagements with new customers or expansion into new product categories.
Profile
You’re highly analytical, eager to solve problems involving both structured data and high ambiguity.
You’re a strong communicator across all levels of an organization. You can pitch a compelling vision to a CEO and discuss technical details with an operator.
You know how to code (Python basics, some Typescript is a plus) or are ready to learn before your first day. You’re excited to learn new skills quickly as needed.
You’re disciplined and willing to work hard. You have a track record to prove it: academic excellence, 3+ years working experience in highly demanding work environments, and any other proof.
You’re willing to travel - requirements will vary depending on client locations and needs.
