Objectives

🌟 Play a pivotal role, partnering closely with the leadership team to establish and expand our global IME business, proactively securing new international supporters.

📈 Personally drive global sales growth, achieving or exceeding ambitious targets and laying the foundation for long-term strategic expansion.

Responsibilities:

🚀 Take full ownership of developing our global and above-country sales strategy, proactively identifying and pursuing new IME supporter relationships worldwide to consistently achieve ambitious revenue goals.

🌐 Independently secure and nurture at least three substantial new global IME partnerships within the first nine months, and seven figure USD sales within the first 12 months, helping shape our expansion strategy.

💻 Leverage technology platforms (CRM, virtual conferencing tools, digital collaboration tools) to effectively identify, engage, and influence key global decision-makers, clearly communicating the unique value of our CME offerings. This will involve writing compelling presentations and grants to maximize revenue potential.

🤩 Continuously scan the market to detect signals that represent potential business opportunities.

📋 Establish and maintain detailed, accurate, and insightful CRM records—tracking sales pipelines, opportunities, forecasts, and critical communications every week.

🔗 Collaborate closely and proactively with internal teams (scientific, medical, finance, account management) to ensure seamless project delivery post-sale.

💡 Continuously identify and recommend new product opportunities and revenue streams, acting as a senior voice contributing directly to strategic business decisions.

📡 Stay current with global IME industry developments, competitor movements, and trends, regularly sharing strategic insights and recommendations directly with senior management.

🤝 Play a central role in team collaboration and help mentor colleagues to foster a supportive, growth-oriented internal culture.

📚 Actively pursue ongoing personal and professional growth opportunities, discussing and planning your development with senior leadership.

Who are you?

🎯 A confident IME/CME sales professional with at least 3 years of global IME sales experience. You want to get in on the ground floor of a rapidly growing company, to shape the organisation whilst executing on sales. You'll have evidence of a successful career to date of meeting targets for medical education or related business environments.

🚀 A good understanding of the global CME environment and be familiar with accreditation processes and requirements.

🌟 Entrepreneurial, proactive, and enthusiastic about driving new business strategies and opportunities independently.

💡You are creative in your approach to digital lead generation and can deliver engagement with relevant stakeholders at scale

🔧 Comfortable using modern sales and productivity technology platforms (CRM systems, analytics tools, virtual conferencing) to enhance your effectiveness.

🔥 Eager to embrace the challenges and opportunities of a smaller, rapidly evolving organization—ready to take significant responsibility and make a tangible impact. And you're motivated by seeing that impact.

🗣️ Exceptional communicator with proven skills in engaging senior-level stakeholders globally.

✈️ Flexible to travel internationally as required, embracing face-to-face engagements and events.
