We have a vacancy within our new Communication Hub for a Patient Concierge.

You will play a key role in delivering our patient experience strategy, ensuring our customers have a first-class experience and receive the care and support they need.

Role: Patient Concierge – 12 month fixed term contract

Location: Remote

Salary: £27,300 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week, working on a shift pattern, Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. We work on a rota basis between 8.00am and 4.00pm, 9.00am and 5.00pm and 10.00am and 6.00pm.

As a Patient Concierge, you will:

• Be the first point of contact for our patients and stakeholders, provide a professional service, managing queries in an efficient and timely manner via calls, emails, and chat.

• Provide exceptional customer service and work to facilitate the smooth day-to-day running of the Communication Hub.

• Put the patient first with a seamless journey working with a first contact resolution mindset.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior experience in a contact centre or have large volume telephony experience, ideally within a healthcare setting.

• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively by phone and in writing.

• Ability to build excellent rapport with customers building strong relationships quickly and have the listening and communication skills to inspire confidence.

• Demonstrate empathy, patience, and diplomacy to reassure customers, overcome challenges and deliver the highest standards of customer service.

• Proven ability to step outside comfort level, adapt to new challenges and assist the team.

• Computer literate.
