What you’ll be doing:

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Analyse complex business challenges using internal and external data sources to inform strategic decisions.
• Identify and communicate data-driven opportunities for improving performance, processes, and customer experience.
• Contribute to the full lifecycle of business transformation projects - from requirements gathering to impact assessment to solution delivery.
• Support development of KPIs and performance metrics aligned with business goals.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualisations to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure responsible and effective use of data across the organisation, contributing to data quality and governance efforts.
• Support key initiatives in Growth, Marketing and FP&A by providing relevant data analysis and business input.
• Mentor other analysts and contribute to knowledge-sharing and best practices across the team.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data processes and tools support business needs.
• Responsible for maintaining and improving complex financial data models which calculate key metrics such as revenue, cost and gross margin.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in an analytics role, ideally within financial services.
• Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau and Power BI).
• Strong SQL skills and the ability to work with large datasets.
• Comfortable using SQL to maintain and build data models.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets is a must.
• Experience with programming in R or Python is beneficial.
• Experience with statistical analysis.
• High proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Experience using project management tools (e.g. Jira).
• Attention to detail combined with creative thinking and a curious mind.
• Experience in financial modeling, cohort analysis, lifetime value and churn modelling.
• Experience with marketing analytics and knowledge of metrics such as CPA, CAC and marketing attribution.
• Ability to interpret and present various datasets to a wide audience.
• Business-minded, with an understanding of the commercial impact of analysis/reporting and the ability to collaborate with other teams.
• Knowledge of banking payments, card processes, and business operations is preferred.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
