As a Lead AI Engineer, your mission is to own and drive the architecture, implementation, and evolution of our AI stack — turning cutting-edge AI research into scalable, production-ready features that deliver real business value to our customers.

You will lead technical direction on all AI-related systems, mentor other engineers, and work closely with product to ship innovative AI-first experiences. You’ll have ownership of the entire AI pipeline — from LLM agents and orchestration to RAG, evals, and monitoring — and play a key role in shaping our AI engineering culture as we scale.
