Type: Full-time, Hybrid in Barcelona
As Chief of Staff at Murphy, your main goal is to ensure the company is moving in the right strategic direction; with clarity, order, and alignment. You'll work directly with the CEO to bring structure to high-impact decisions, coordinate execution across teams, and help transform strategy into action.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can bring calm to chaos, and loves turning ideas into reality while keeping everyone aligned and focused.

Strategy & Direction
Act as a strategic thought partner to the CEO, bring structure, challenge ideas, and ensure long-term focus.
Own and drive the company OKR process.
Maintain a clear view of priorities and ensure the team is aligned on what matters most.
Lead strategic initiatives and follow through on execution across teams.
Team & Organization
Work with team leads on hiring plans, team structure, and organizational scaling.
Design internal rituals and processes that improve communication, decision-making, and execution.
Help shape and preserve company culture as we grow.
Go-to-Market & Growth Strategy
Redefine our go-to-market strategy.
Help hire the GTM team.
Identify growth levers, new markets, and expansion opportunities.
Lead cross-functional efforts around growth and product launches.
Meetings youâll join
Weekly leadership meetings â Youâll run the agenda and make sure we focus on what matters
Weekly and monthly all-hands â Youâll plan them with the team and help lead them
1:1s with team leads â Youâll check in to keep things on track
Board meetings â Youâll join our board meeting

With time, this role could grow into a VP of Strategy, COO or VP of Revenue, depending on where you shine most.
Requirements
4+ years experience in startups, consulting, or strategic operations roles.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Comfortable working directly with founders and executives.
Strong instincts with a bias for action.
Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
No ego, always ready to roll up sleeves and get things done.
