The Position
As an Operations Analyst Jr., you will play a crucial role in analyzing, optimizing, and executing operational processes within Murphy AI. This is a highly analytical and hands-on role, ideal for someone eager to work in a fast-paced startup environment. You will work closely with our operations, product, and engineering teams to improve efficiency, support decision-making with data, and drive continuous improvement in our AI-powered debt collection processes.
This role is perfect for someone hard-working, detail-oriented, and highly analytical, with a background in business, engineering, or related fields.
Responsibilities
Analyze operational processes and identify inefficiencies or areas for automation.
Work with data, extracting insights to improve recovery rates and optimize workflows.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to refine AI automation and ensure operational effectiveness.
Support the onboarding and integration of new clients, ensuring seamless adoption of our platform.
Monitor key operational metrics and proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Optimize internal processes, helping Murphy AI scale efficiently while maintaining quality.
Execute and improve existing workflows, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all operations.
Requirements
Degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills – ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a structured approach to problem-solving.
Excellent proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools is a plus.
Strong work ethic – comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Interest in AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
