AI Solutions Engineer
As a AI Solutions Engineer, you will be the trusted partner for our most strategic clients, responsible for ensuring their technical success and unlocking the full value of our product.
This role blends technical depth with strong client management: you'll work closely with engineering, product, and operations to deliver robust solutions while maintaining a clear understanding of each client's goals. You will own the post-sales relationship, from onboarding to technical execution and ongoing optimization.
Your ability to solve problems, communicate clearly, and move fast will have a direct impact on client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Client Success and Technical Ownership
Own the technical relationship with enterprise clients from onboarding through renewal
Translate business goals into actionable technical plans, integrations, and solutions
Drive implementation success, ensuring smooth deployment and optimal configuration
Act as the client’s advocate internally, ensuring their voice is heard in product decisions
Technical Problem Solving and Support
Triage and resolve complex technical issues by collaborating with internal teams
Analyze client workflows, usage, and data to proactively identify improvement areas
Develop and maintain technical documentation and solution designs tailored to each client
Cross-functional Project Management
Coordinate closely with product, engineering, and operations to deliver on client commitments
Track and communicate progress across technical initiatives and integrations
Ensure execution is fast, aligned with client goals, and technically sound
Growth and Retention
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
Collaborate with the GTM team to drive growth within accounts
Requirements
Engineering or data background
Proven ability to solve problems under pressure and execute quickly
Excellent coordination and project management skills
Autonomous and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership
Curious and technically inclined, able to understand and explain how the product works
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Comfortable working in high-growth, evolving environments
Bonus if you have experience in AI, fintech, or debt recovery
