Every TS team has tried the general-purpose tools. They help with isolated tasks: rephrase a paragraph, summarize a document. The engagement itself still runs across data rooms, spreadsheets and manual handoffs. Intelligence alone is not a system of work.
Opio is the missing interface. It turns that intelligence into what TS teams actually sell: sharp, defensible analysis, delivered at deal speed.
We build the AI-native operating system for financial due diligence: one workspace for deal data, accounting analysis, review and outputs, built around the way TS professionals actually work. AI agents execute complete workflows under built-in controls. Professionals step in where judgment is required, and own the conclusion.
