Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for optimising sales processes and driving revenue growth? We're seeking a talented individual to take on the role of Revenue Operations Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping our commercial success.

The Opportunity:

As our Revenue Operations Manager you'll be at the forefront of our commercial operations, driving strategic initiatives to maximise efficiency and revenue growth. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the success of our sales teams as we continue to scale.

What Sets This Role Apart:

In this role, you'll be the first in the door in RevOps at Orbital Witness, and will be working with the wider team to shape your own role and the entire function. You’ll have the chance to lead initiatives that unravel complexities in the customer lifecycle. You'll be instrumental in streamlining processes, optimising our technology stack and driving cross-functional alignment to ensure our teams are equipped for success.

This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on our growth trajectory. Having gone to market with 2 x new products last year, we’ll be growing significantly this year. You'll have the autonomy to implement changes and enhancements that drive performance, while collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to shape our operational strategy. This is your opportunity to bring best in class operational rigour to our Revenue function.


  • Develop and maintain revenue-based reporting and analytics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Analyse business data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead strategic projects to create efficiencies and drive revenue growth.
  • Partner with commercial teams to set targets and track progress.
  • Manage and optimise our sales technology stack, including Hubspot.
  • Drive process improvements and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
