Demand Generation Manager
Orbital Witness
Be the growth engine behind a Legaltech company on the rise.
Orbital is transforming how lawyers and property professionals understand risk in real estate. We’re building the go-to platform for real estate legal due diligence used by some of the most respected law firms and investors in the UK. Now, we’re bringing that momentum to the US, and we’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager to help make it happen.
This is not a “plug-and-play” marketing job. We’re not handing you a playbook, we’re asking you to help write it. As our first dedicated Demand Gen hire in the US, you’ll build full-funnel programs from the ground up: testing, iterating, and scaling what works. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Sales team to turn awareness into qualified pipeline, and with Product Marketing to sharpen our message and market fit.
If you’ve built demand gen functions in early-stage SaaS before, especially in complex, high-account-value B2B environments you’ll know the thrill (and chaos) of figuring it out as you go. That’s exactly what we need.
Why this role matters
- You’ll be powering up our inbound growth engine, turning curiosity into conversations and conversations into deals.
- You’ll be a strategic partner to our Sales and BDR teams, not just a lead machine, bringing structure to how we attract, nurture, and convert prospects.
- You’ll have real ownership, working closely with our Director of Marketing and a small but mighty (and growing) Marketing team (Product Marketing + Marketing Exec). The team is currently based in London, with plans to expand and establish a presence in both London and NYC.
- You’ll shape how we scale in a new market, with freedom to build campaigns, processes, and tooling that actually work for this ICP.
What you’ll do
- Build and own the roadmap for demand generation, from awareness to acquisition
- Design and launch multi-channel campaigns, including email, paid search and paid social, , alongside SEO and webinars efforts to drive qualified pipeline
- Run ABM experiments to engage high-value target firms based on geography, firm size, and use case
- Define and track key metrics across the funnel (MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates), continually working to improve performance
- Partner with Sales to align targeting, lead scoring, and nurture flows
- Manage our Martech stack (paid media tools, analytics) and recommend what to add, or ditch, as we grow
We think you’ll love this role if:
- You’ve built a demand gen function before, ideally in a Series A–B B2B SaaS company targeting professional services, legal buyers or similar industries
- You’re a hands-on operator who thrives in the builder phase: testing, learning, adjusting
- You’ve run successful paid media campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads) and know how to manage a Martech stack end to end
- You can talk in terms of results, what you delivered, how you did it, and what you learned along the way
- You understand the difference between any leads and the right leads, extended buying cycles and you know how to reach hard-to-find buyers with a high-touch approach
You’ll thrive here if you are:
- Scrappy and self-starting, you get energy from building, not waiting
- Calm under pressure, you don’t get overwhelmed, even when there’s a lot to figure out
- Collaborative and coachable, you love working with smart teammates across functions
- Excited about the journey, not just the outcome. You want to help shape something big from an early stage.
The team you’ll join
You’ll be part of our growing Marketing team working closely with:
- Our Director of Marketing (your manager), setting strategy and priorities
- Our Senior Product Marketing Manager, helping you nail the right positioning and messaging
- Our Marketing Executive, supporting campaign ops and execution
- Our BDR team, to align tightly on handoff and pipeline goals
Why Join Us?
Whether we’re hosting exclusive events for real estate partners at Google’s London HQ to interviewing our customers, crafting new messaging or launching new lead acquisition campaigns and strategies, no two days in the Orbital Marketing team are the same. With the team in its early stages of growth, you’ll be joining at a foundational time as we build our US presence, so if you’re keen to be involved in defining that broader picture, we want to hear from you.
