Sales Development Rep (SDR)

We’re hiring our first dedicated SDR at Outverse and are looking for someone sharp, ambitious, and excited to help build our outbound engine from the ground up.
Your mission is to help us generate more high-quality pipeline through thoughtful, hyper-personalised outreach to senior decision-makers at some of the best software companies in Europe and the US.
Until now, our outbound sales motion has been founder-led. While this will continue to be a core part of the mix, we’re now looking to ramp up what’s already working and experiment with additional tactics.
This isn’t a spray-and-pray sales role. We value quality over quantity. You’ll go deep on each account, write messages that actually get read, and make calls that hold attention. You’ll work closely with the GTM team to refine our outbound engine, and will get exposure to every part of the go-to-market motion and play a big role in shaping how we grow.

This role reports directly to our CEO/cofounder and will work closely with our marketing lead.
What you’ll do
High-touch outbound – Develop tailored 1:1 outreach (LinkedIn, phone, and email) that starts conversations with senior buyers at mid-market and enterprise software companies
Research and prioritise accounts – working with account lists, you’ll identify the right people to target, and craft creative outbound that speaks to them directly
Support outbound campaigns – scale what’s working by keeping outreach tracked and organised. Deliver weekly updates and help us turn wins into repeatable playbooks
Work closely with GTM team – you’ll collaborate directly with the GTM team, get feedback fast, and see your work in motion
Learn GTM from the inside – you’ll build hands-on experience across outbound, messaging, strategy, and early-stage sales process

Have 1-2 years experience in a GTM role at a B2B startup
Have proven success booking demos in sales development roles before
Are early in your career and looking for a steep learning curve
Are a sharp writer – you know how to keep things clear, relevant, and human
Have experience making sales calls and taking a multi-channel approach to sales
Are organised and detail-oriented – you can keep moving parts on track and take ownership of your work
Are excited by AI, early-stage startups, and building something new in a fast-moving space
