Our Mission

About 5% of supply chain emissions are a result of last-mile logistics and transportation, and as e-commerce booms, emissions are set to increase more than 32% in the top 100 cities globally.

We are on a mission to become the largest ecosystem of sustainable vehicles in the world; by enabling the electrification of commercial fleets in Europe through connecting fleet operators and service providers in one software platform.

How we work; What we care about:

Move fast - Done is better than perfect.

  • We work on small iterations: Learn, build, test, monitor and repeat.
  • The planet needs action now.
  • We lead change in our industry.
  • There is no better timing than now to execute our vision, but the window is short.

Be passionate and purposeful - Deeply care about everything we do.

  • Believe in our mission, for a better future.
  • Believe in tech for good, let’s have an impact together.
  • Be obsessed with our product, customers and industry.
  • Be part of something that matters.

Strong opinions, loosely held.

  • Speak up, and be opinionated but listen and stay open.
  • We build together.

We win and lose together.

  • We optimise for the success of our mission rather than ourselves.
  • We empower each other.
  • We value transparency and being straightforward (No Bullshit)
  • We don’t like egos.

Have fun - Enjoy the ride!

  • We are a group of friends solving big challenges.
  • We celebrate our successes.
  • We learn from our failures.
  • We don’t take ourselves too seriously.
  • We make our products fun!

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager with a strong background in B2B, pre-product-market fit (pre-PMF) environments. The ideal candidate is highly organised, structured, and possesses the ability to balance mid to long-term strategic thinking with short-term execution. You will be responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy, engaging deeply with customers, prioritising effectively, and creating a user-focused product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement & Discovery:
    • Conduct customer and prospect interviews to deeply understand their needs and pain points.
    • Convert discovery calls into clear problem statements.
    • Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure product discovery is aligned with market demands.
  • Product Roadmap & Prioritisation:
    • Create and maintain a structured short/long-term roadmap, effectively communicating it to all stakeholders.
    • Prioritise product opportunities based on customer feedback, data-driven signals, and business needs.
    • Ensure the roadmap is responsive to changes and aligned with strategic goals.
  • User Experience & Industry Knowledge:
    • Be obsessed with the user experience (UX) and apply industry knowledge to enhance product offerings.
    • Break down complex problems into simple, actionable solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the business.
    • Enable sales teams by keeping them informed about product developments and expectations.
    • Regularly meet with founders to discuss the broader product strategy and focus areas.
  • Execution & Accountability:
    • Take accountability for the execution of product initiatives, working closely with tech leads and the CTO on feasibility.
    • Run scoping sessions and lead product design sprints to define and prioritise opportunities.
  • Go-To-Market Strategy:
    • Work closely with the founders to drive the execution of go-to-market strategies that align with our business objectives and customer needs.
    • Understand the competitive landscape and how we can improve our products.
    • Maintain transparency and control the narrative between different sides of the business.
