Account Coordinator Position

Peer Medical aims to empower patients to make informed decisions about their health with access to curated data specific to their diagnosis. We allow lung cancer patients to share and compare treatment journeys with one another by providing a space for patients to connect anonymously and data that helps prepare patients for the next step in their treatment plan. We have over 450 patients in 49 states and are connected with some of the largest hospitals and cancer centers in the country including MD Anderson, Memorial Sloan Kettering and Dana Farber.

About This Role:

As an Account Coordinator at Peer Medical, you will work closely with our Patient Care Team to connect with patients and lead them through the site, outreach to hospitals and cancer centers to obtain medical records and upload patient data to the platform. You will be also be responsible for locating fax information for each facility, faxing all medical record requests, outreach to each facility to confirm receipt and expedite process and logging of all received medical records. This is a remote position based in NYC.

-Ability to engage with patients by phone

-Experience with meeting daily work goals efficiently

-Ability to prioritize using time management and organization skills
