About This Role:
The Growth Marketing Analyst is an integral part of the Peer Medical marketing team, providing data-driven insights to improve acquisition and the user experience. Initially focused on setting up proper tracking and reporting, responsibilities will expand into launching new acquisition channels and developing new product features. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a collaborative nature and an ability to figure things out.What you’ll work on:
Build and maintain weekly dashboards for ad performance as well as ad hoc reports to support strategic decisions and hypothesis testing.
Identify opportunities to improve ad performance at each step - from audience targeting & creative through to landing pages & conversion funnel.
Manage tactical execution of ad campaigns as well as design and run tests to optimize channel performance.
Implement and improve tracking on our site to better understand user behavior and identify ways to improve engagement.
What we’re looking for:
Proven ability to analyze and leverage data.
1-2 years experience in digital marketing, business analytics or similar field.
Experience with Facebook Ads (if you’re certified, even better) and other digital adverting platforms.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Segment or other analytics tools.
Healthcare industry knowledge a plus.
