The Role
As a Sales Executive you will be involved in a combination of outbound and inbound sales, being entrepreneurial in a high-growth sector. Creating and executing on a strategy you can develop yourself.

- On & off-ramping
- Stablecoin banking
- FX
- Stablecoin yield
- Staking
- Crypto custody
- Asset Tokenization
Salary package
200,000 AED basic
750,000 AED on target commissions
What You'll Be Doing
- Outbound and inbound sales within your region
- Communicating with C-suite and enterprise stakeholders
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, product demos, negotiations, and closing
- Strategic shaping of approach while executing directly on opportunities
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene
The ideal candidate
- Strong personal network across the sector and area
- Excellent sales and business development skills
- Strong prospecting, lead generation, and conversion capabilities
- Ability to connect with decision-makers from internal teams at all leadership levels
- Track record of exceeding sales and revenue targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client relations
- Understanding of cryptocurrency, stablecoins, and blockchain technology
- Experience in a startup environment
- Experience with financial services / fintech
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
