About the Role
As a key player in the sales team you'll engage with diverse prospects to introduce and sell our unique authentication solutions. Your role is pivotal in expanding our customer base, working closely with Account Executives and fellow BDRs to generate and qualify leads.
What you'll do:
As a BDR, you'll be reaching out to other companies to share Prelude's solution with them. This could involve contacting Engineering Leads, Procurement Managers, Heads of Platform, CTOs, CPOs, even CEOs. Working closely with the team, you'll:
Generate new sales opportunities for Account Executives
Identify companies and people to target in your verticals
Use cold calling, emailing, and other channels to reach out to your leads
Qualify these leads and pitch Prelude’s value proposition
Follow up with your KPIs and leads
Take part in or lead internal projects to continuously improve our processes as we continue to scale across Europe
About you:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business or related field
Prior experience in Business Development or Sales
Proactivity and autonomy, with a relentless drive to initiate contact and close deals
Familiarity with HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Phantombuster, and Kaspr
Collaboration and knowledge sharing, with an open mind to learn and act on feedback
Entrepreneurial or leadership experience isn't essential, but is something we regard highly
Interest in our product and excitement to be part of our journey
Thrives in a dynamic, startup environment
Comfortable speaking in English daily - we use US English for all of our internal comms - and ideally experience speaking other languages too
