In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth. Your responsibilities would include:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our existing client base
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, needs, and concerns.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through regular check-ins and timely issue resolution.

Sales Growth:

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop account-specific sales strategies.
  • Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving business needs and align our solutions.
  • Participate in sales meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategy discussions.

Product Expertise:

  • Develop a deep understanding of Qminder’s product.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings.
  • Educate clients on the value and benefits of our solutions.

Reporting and Communication:

  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, client feedback, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure client needs and growth goals are met.

About you:

  • Proven track record in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role (ideally in B2B SaaS).
  • Exceptional communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
