In this role, you would not only manage all physical workplace-related operations, but also play a key part in enhancing the overall employee experience.

Your responsibilities would include:

• Taking care and finding ways to improve of our office environments in Tallinn and Tartu while actively supporting hybrid work arrangements
• Managing all office-related orders, tracking inventory, and maintaining relationships with various service providers
• Organizing company-wide events and celebrations
• Staying up-to-date with occupational health regulations and ensuring compliance to maintain a safe and healthy workplace
• Handling day-to-day requests from our team and supporting management with administrative tasks
• Assisting our Head of People by executing different people and culture initiatives, from onboarding support to planning new merch.

This job is for you if you:

• Have prior experience in office management, workplace project management, HR roles, or similar positions
• Are proactive, detail-oriented, and are always seeking ways to improve
• Excel in planning, time management, and project coordination
• Are full of creative and original ideas
• Have excellent verbal and written English skills
