Qminder is looking for an ambitious professional to step into the role of Customer Success Lead. In this role, you’ll lead and scale our Customer Success function while remaining hands-on with key accounts.

As the Customer Success Lead, you’ll develop and implement strategies that ensure seamless onboarding, drive engagement, and maximize customer retention. You’ll work closely with our Sales and Product teams to align efforts and deliver long-term success for our clients.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute the Customer Success playbook that ensures smooth onboarding, boosts engagement, and improves overall lifecycle management.
  • Build, mentor, and lead our Customer Success team while staying hands-on with key accounts and initiatives.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with customers to improve product adoption, identify upsell opportunities, and proactively manage risks.
  • Work closely with Sales and Product teams to ensure a unified approach, advocate for customer needs, and influence key business decisions.
  • Regularly monitor and report key metrics, analyze feedback, and refine strategies to support company growth.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Qminder’s product and educate clients on on its value and benefits.

About You:

  • You are self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven, backed by strong project management skills.
  • You have experience as a Customer Success Lead, Head of Customer Success or in a similar leadership role, where you’ve built and led teams and implemented successful strategies.
  • You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English.
  • A deep understanding of B2B SaaS businesses, along with proficiency in CS tools and infrastructure (such as Chartmogul, HubSpot, and Stripe), is a plus.
