What’s the opportunity? 
We are looking to hire a Product Manager to help us build a product that will change the way our clients manage personal data. As a Product Manager, you will make decisions that will have a significant impact on the growth and long term success of QueryLayer.
What will be my challenges?
Understand our business strategy, identify the problems of our customers and opportunities that can change the trajectory of their businesses.
Collaborate with colleagues from Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams on a common product strategy.
Participate in the definition of product roadmap: effectively prioritize business opportunities from a wide range of inputs, understand and prioritise this work so your team is always working on the most impactful features.
Translate these problems & opportunities into the set of requirements, through research and regular interaction with customers; define and frame those problems for the Engineering team.
Collaborate with your peers in innovation sessions, think big and draw future solutions that solve problems related to data privacy and beyond.
Scope these solutions to their smallest coherent state to ship to customers as early as you can.
Own and maintain the quality of the product and deliver world-class software in every release.
What skills do I need?
You have 3+ years of work experience as a software product manager.
You shall demonstrate your product management toolkit and the way you leverage it to be a product hero.
You are highly creative and love solving complex problems that bridge technology and business needs.
You should be able to understand technology and software development in order to communicate with engineers about technical concepts.
When it comes to analysis, you know how to balance qualitative and quantitative insights.
You are a team player: humble and eager to learn, proactive to take over responsibilities, removing bottlenecks, and capable of making the people working with you comfortable.
You are curious and up to date with the newest tech and product trends
You are fluent in English and Spanish
Strong communicator, both written & verbally.
Bonus skills & attributes
Experience in privacy, security, data integration or workflow-based products.
Great UI/UX design skills.
Data analytics skills and knowledge of data-driven product development.
