Overview

You will be joining Reposit during a period of growth and working within the partnership's team to develop our network of trusted partners across the country. As you will be joining early in Reposit’s journey, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact rather than just being a cog in a wheel.

You will make a critical contribution to Reposit’s growth by building your own portfolio of partners who promote and sell Reposit’s product across the UK. In this remote role, you will have the chance to:

About Reposit

Reposit is a fintech company founded with the mission to improve the rental industry for Agents, Landlords and Tenants. Our core product is an innovative alternative to costly and clunky cash deposits.

With Reposit landlords get more protection, agents generate additional revenues, and tenants save money upfront - only having to pay our fee of 1 week’s rent instead of the 5 weeks’ needed for a cash deposit.

Since our launch, we have partnered with hundreds of estate agents, build-to-rent operators and property managers who promote our product to their landlords & tenants. We also integrate with leading software providers to the industry, such as tenant referencing and CRM companies.

We are a remote-first company but like to meet-up monthly to work together and socialise.

What You Will Do

  • Identify, engage and qualify new sales opportunities and demonstrate the value of our offering via phone calls (mainly outbound) and email with the aim of booking in live demos;
  • Be responsible for onboarding new partners and subsequently managing that relationship to achieve account success;
  • Develop valuable, long term relationships with new partners;
  • Diligently update Hubspot, our CRM, to stay up to date on leads and follow-ups tasks;
  • Become a key member of our close-knit team during our period of high growth;
  • Act as the subject matter expert on Reposit and the wider UK lettings market.

By 3 months you will:

  • Feel completely in control of pitching Reposit to prospective partners and have strong product knowledge on the Reposit process from start to finish.
  • Be able to handle all objections and have a good understanding of competing products.
  • Have the ability to onboard and train partners to get them selling Reposit quickly.
  • Managing Hubspot our CRM and keeping track of all current/future deals and opportunities.
  • Keep a close eye on building a strong pipeline of opportunities which will be required to achieve future targets.
  • Target after 3 months: 30 Reposits per month

By 6 months you will have:

  • Developed strong relationships with your current accounts, they should be hitting their potential as a Reposit partner.
  • Built a strong pipeline of opportunities of agents letting >20 properties per month which should be closing or already producing results.
  • Have a clear understanding of Reposits claims process as your partners will be nearing tenancies which are coming to an end.
  • Feel confident in liaising with other members of the team who handle other aspects of Reposit (claims, tech, customer service).
  • Target after 6 months: 70 Reposits per month

By 12 months you will:

  • Have a strong pipeline in place which is consistently coming together and producing results.
  • Have built up a base of 20-30 partners selling at least 5 Reposits a month.
  • Be a valued member of the partnership and Reposit team and able to consistently deliver on quarterly targets.
  • Develop enough knowledge and understanding to be comfortable onboarding, training and managing partners with multiple branches.
  • Target after 12 months: 150 Reposits per month

Competencies

Essential:

  • Excellent written & verbal communication

Preferable:

  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot etc)
  • Experience within the insurance or rental industry

Compensation and benefits

  • Salary: £35-£40k base (OTE - Y1; £5k commission & Y2; £10k commission)
  • Staff may be considered for stock options after the first 12 months of employment, according to Reposit’s standard options policy and structure.
