🔍Who are we looking for?
We are currently seeking a strategic and creative Content Strategy Manager to join our team in Prague. You will define and execute our overall content strategy, take editorial ownership across channels, and lead our SEO efforts from a content perspective. Your role will be pivotal in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing content contributors to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
❓What you'll do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business goals and positions us as a leading authority in document fraud detection and anti-financial crime solutions.
- Lead our SEO efforts from a content perspective, improving organic search rankings, optimizing keywords, and staying abreast of SEO best practices.
- Collaborate closely with the threat intelligence team, transforming their complex research into engaging and accessible content.
- Take editorial ownership of all written content across channels, including the website, blog, newsletters, and social media contributions—actively creating and editing content.
- Manage and mentor a junior content specialist, as well as oversee external content contributors to ensure high-quality output.
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure content aligns with company objectives and addresses the needs of our target audience.
- Define and refine the brand's tone of voice in collaboration with our designers, ensuring consistency and cohesion across all content.
- Analyze content performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights, and reporting on key KPIs.
- Manage content project budgets, including hiring and overseeing freelancers or agencies as needed.
❓What you're like
- Experience & Skills:
- You have 5-10 years of experience in content marketing, with a strong focus on developing and executing content strategies that drive business growth.
- You have proven expertise in SEO from a content perspective, with experience using tools like SEMRush and Google Analytics.
- You possess excellent copywriting and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity in developing engaging content.
- You are proficient in using content management systems (e.g., HubSpot CMS) and familiar with design platforms like Figma and Canva.
- Background:
- Experience in journalism, fraud or fincrime, or exposure to data and AI concepts is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- You are a strategic thinker who can see the big picture while also managing the details.
- You have strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional departments.
- You are self-motivated, take ownership of your goals, and can drive initiatives independently while fostering teamwork.
- You have excellent communication skills and value collaboration.
