🔍Who are we looking for?

We are currently looking for a strategic and creative Senior B2B Social Media Manager to join our team in Prague. You will be the quarterback behind our thoughtleader’s online profiles, developing and executing impactful social media strategies that drive brand and product awareness organically, and run ad campaigns that generate high-quality leads in the fraud and financial crime sectors.

❓What you'll do

  • Help us become the reference resource for tomorrow’s financial crime fighters.
  • Create social media posts, ads, and influencer collaborations that are aligned with the brand’s messaging and resonate with fraud and fincrime audiences
  • Lead social media advertising efforts, including campaign planning, audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget management
  • Work with our threat intelligence unit to turn their research into consumable content on Linkedin
  • Coach thoughtleaders and integrate their profiles into broader strategies. We believe people engage with people not brands, so you will be our team’s quarterback
  • Lead and manage influencer marketing strategies, identifying and collaborating with industry experts and thought leaders to increase brand awareness and credibility in the fraud and fincrime spaces
  • Analyze and report on social media performance, providing data-driven insights on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and audience engagement to key stakeholders
  • Lead social listening efforts, monitoring conversations and feedback related to the brand, industry, and competitors, and responding or adapting campaigns accordingly

❓What you're like

  • You’re self-motivated and love to take ownership of your goals
  • You have at least 5 years of experience managing B2B social media strategies, with a focus on influencer marketing
  • You know linkedin like the back of your hand
  • You are highly creative with excellent copywriting skills, and able to create engaging content that resonates with fraud and fincrime audiences.
  • You know how to manage paid social campaigns
  • You know your way around simple design tools and processes to self-serve on available design elements.
  • You have strong communication skills and can manage relationships with influencers and key stakeholders.
  • You know the difference between fraud and fincrime: topical expertise of these markets will excuse a lot of other gaps in knowledge/skill.
