We are Resistant AI, a fast-moving startup where things happen quickly, and decisions are made just as fast. And what do we actually do? We protect the AI and automation systems of modern financial services from manipulation and attack. We do so by forensically analyzing everything from the documents submitted by customers to the ongoing behaviors they exhibit while using the service to uncover and prevent serial fraud, synthetic identities, account takeovers, money laundering and as yet unknown financial threats operating at scale. This is our founding team's second startup, and we closed our series A investment round led by Google Ventures, Index and Credo Ventures. Who are we looking for?
We are expanding our Solution Engineering team and looking for a Solutions Engineer to be based in Prague. In this role, you will be a key player in supporting pre-sales activities, helping our clients succeed, and driving business growth through thoughtful and strategic technical consulting. Experience in global or cross-regional collaboration is a big plus!
What will you be doing?
- Partner with our Sales and Business Development teams to support pre-sales activities, aiming to close deals, provide top-tier services and grow customer accounts.
- Coordinate closely with Engineering teams to ensure proposed designs meet client requirements and business goals.
- Consult directly with customers to understand their challenges, needs, and preferences—guiding them to the right products and services.
- Create and deliver clear, compelling proposals for technical solutions based on client input, company goals and project scope.
- Develop detailed project plans for key pre-sales initiatives, including proof of concept (PoC), proof of value (PoV), and RFI/RFP processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Development, Sales Development, Customer Success, Product, QA, and Engineering teams to align strategies and deliver value.
- Take on additional tasks and projects as directed by your manager—flexibility and teamwork are the key!
What are we looking for?
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer facing, solutions oriented role (pre-sales, consulting, customer success or similar).
- Strong technical background with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast paced environment.
- A proactive, problem solving mindset
- Fluent English (C1 level), additional languages are a plus!
