Who Are We Looking For

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Intern to support our go-to-market teams by ensuring the accuracy and hygiene of our revenue data. You'll play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our CRM (HubSpot), supporting sales operations, and enabling team members to use systems effectively. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to start a career in RevOps or customer facing motions, with exposure to the full revenue engine — from data quality to process optimization. You'll work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to keep our GTM engine running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM Data Hygiene: Monitor, clean, and manage CRM data in HubSpot. Ensure accurate deal stages, contact information, and activity logging.
  • Sales Support & Admin: Assist in updating records, preparing reports, and ensuring sales reps have what they need to operate effectively.
  • Enablement & Training: Help onboard new GTM team members onto HubSpot and ensure they follow CRM best practices. Create and maintain how-to documentation.
  • User Compliance & Follow-up: Chase down missing data, and help reinforce process adoption across the team.
  • Process Improvement: Flag recurring issues, suggest improvements, and contribute ideas to make RevOps more efficient and user-friendly.

About You

  • You’re a detail-obsessed organizer who finds satisfaction in clean data and well-run systems.
  • You’re curious about how revenue teams operate and want to learn how data supports commercial success.
  • You’re not afraid to chase people down (nicely!) or follow up multiple times to make sure things get done.
  • You have strong communication skills and a willingness to learn new tools and concepts.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy being helpful across teams.

Experience

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Some experience working with spreadsheets, CRMs, or data entry (coursework, internships, or personal projects all count).
  • Exposure to SaaS, GTM teams, or RevOps concepts is a bonus — but not required.

Skills

  • Communication: Clear and professional written and verbal communication — especially when following up with teammates.
  • Attitude: Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn. You take pride in your work, even the unglamorous parts.
  • Data & Reporting: Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets for basic data management and reporting.
  • CRM & Tools: Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRMs is a plus, but not required — we’ll teach you.
