We are a fast-growing Series A tech startup that helps financial institutions fight fraud and financial crime with AI, and we are expanding rapidly to meet the demands of the evolving financial landscape.

To support this growth, we are looking for a Thought Leadership & PR Manager to join our marketing team in Prague. You will help us shape our external voice, strengthen our brand reputation, and position Resistant AI as the leading authority in fraud prevention and fintech innovation.

We need someone who can blend storytelling, media relations, and thought leadership coordination to elevate our brand visibility and influence across the financial industry.

❓What you'll do

This role involves crafting powerful narratives and driving recognition of our thought leaders in fintech and fraud prevention.

• Lead the company’s thought leadership strategy: act as an editorial coach and accountability partner for internal thought leaders, ensuring consistent posting and brand alignment.
• Transform Thought Leaders and Threat Intel team’s insights into compelling external content.
• Ghostwrite high-quality LinkedIn posts for thought leaders.
• Coordinate the TL content calendar.
• Lead PR initiatives: secure media opportunities, coordinate press releases, and pitch stories to top fintech and fraud prevention outlets.
• Repurpose internal research, customer insights, and industry trends into impactful external stories.
• Measure and report on PR & thought leadership impact: media mentions, share of voice, speaking engagements, overall reach to our target audience, webinar subscribers, and inbound opportunities generated.
• Cross-team collaboration mainly with thought leaders, the threat intel team, design, and events.

❓What you're like

• You are self-motivated, proactive, and thrive on turning complex ideas into stories that inspire action.
• You have 5 years of experience in PR, communications, or thought leadership management (B2B/Fintech/Tech is a strong plus).
• You are a strong writer and storyteller, skilled at creating engaging content that resonates with financial services and fintech audiences.
• You have an established network — or the ability to build one quickly — with fintech and fraud prevention journalists, analysts, and media outlets.
• You understand the fintech/financial crime landscape and can spot opportunities to position our company in the right conversations.
• You have strong communication skills and can manage relationships with key stakeholders.
