Resistant AI is a fast-growing Series B tech scale-up helping financial institutions fight fraud and financial crime with AI through two avenues: document fraud detection and transaction monitoring.
As we continue to scale and expand our global presence, we are increasing our output of high-quality thought leadership and educational content.
To support this growth, we are looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team in Prague. Reporting to the Senior Events Manager, you will assist in the organization, execution and follow-up of all in-person tradeshows, webinars, and podcasts.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and passionate about fighting fraud!
❓ What you'll do
In this role, you will support the Events Manager across all aspects of in-person events, membership association activities, award applications, and webinars.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support planning and execution of in-person marketing events and webinars aligned with regional and revenue goals.
- Research in-person event opportunities that align with our objectives, including: target audience, subject matter, format, and region in partnership with marketing and sales.
- Manage event logistics and timelines.
- Coordinate with speakers and internal stakeholders on agendas, content, and technical needs.
- Manage bi-monthly webinars, including oversee registration pages, automated email workflows, and CRM/marketing automation integrations.
- Lead technical preparation and live event support, including rehearsals and contingency planning.
- Partner with marketing teams to plan and execute event promotion; track and optimize registration performance.
- Manage post-event follow-up, lead distribution to sales, and sharing of recordings and other media for post-event communication.
- Report on event performance and impact against defined KPIs.
❓ What you're like
- You are self-driven, organized and able to manage several projects at once.
- You have experience organizing events and the surrounding communication workflows.
- Some background in the tech, AI, fintech, or fraud prevention space is ideal.
- You have excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, and you’re comfortable coordinating with senior leaders, technical experts, and customers.
- You thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy creative problem-solving.
- You can manage multiple projects, deadlines, and contributors with confidence.
- You’re collaborative, detail-oriented, and enjoy working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and technical teams.
- You are happy to travel to events abroad as needed.
