We are a fast-growing Series B tech startup that helps financial institutions fight fraud and financial crime with AI, and we are expanding rapidly to meet the demands of the evolving financial landscape.

Right now, we are looking for a Partner Technical Account Manager (PTAM) to serve globally as the primary technical and strategic point of contact for our key technology and channel partners.

This role sits at the intersection of technical expertise, partner enablement, and commercial growth. The PTAM will own the post-sales partner relationship from a technical perspective — leading integrations, driving adoption, ensuring value realization, and building the technical foundation for long-term expansion.

You will work closely with Partner Managers, Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure our partners successfully implement, scale, and grow with our platform.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner Relationship & Strategic Ownership

  • Serve globally as the primary technical contact for assigned strategic partners.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with technical stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Lead regular technical check-ins, production reviews, and QBRs.
  • Develop and execute account plans aligned with partner goals.
  • Identify risks early and proactively mitigate potential churn.

2. Technical Leadership & Integration Management

  • Lead partner onboarding and technical integration projects from kickoff to go-live.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations.
  • Provide expert guidance on APIs, system architecture, and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and act as escalation point when needed.
  • Analyze production data and performance metrics to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Design and deliver advanced reports or dashboards when necessary.

3. Enablement & Value Realization

  • Deliver technical enablement sessions and workshops for partner teams.
  • Translate product capabilities into clear business value.
  • Share product updates, roadmap highlights, and best practices.
  • Ensure partners maximize platform ROI.
  • Create technical champions within partner organizations.
  • Support for partner technical teams for end client evaluation exercises.

4. Expansion & Commercial Support

  • Identify technical expansion opportunities and new use cases.
  • Build the technical foundation for upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Support renewals by demonstrating product impact and value delivered.
  • Collaborate with Commercial teams to drive long-term growth.

5. Internal Advocacy & Feedback Loop

  • Act as the voice of the partner internally.
  • Share structured feedback with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Contribute to improving documentation, APIs, onboarding processes, and monitoring tools.
  • Help scale best practices across the Customer Success organization.
  • Capture end client feedback to support future product configuration improvements.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 2+ years in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or similar SaaS role.
  • Experience working with APIs and technical integrations.
  • Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts.
  • Proven ability to drive retention and expansion.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and system integrations.
  • Ability to understand API documentation and technical specifications.
  • Comfortable analyzing data and usage metrics.
  • Experience with dashboards, reporting tools, and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
