You won't own one specific area of events from day one. Instead, you'll work alongside our Senior Events Manager, providing support wherever it's needed to keep our events programme running smoothly.

💪 What you'll do

In this role, you will assist the Events Manager in all aspects of in-person events, membership association activities, award applications and webinars. Most importantly:

• Support the planning, coordination and execution of in-person and virtual events from initial planning through to post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate event logistics, timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects stay on track and deadlines are met.
• Together with the Events Manager, act as a central point of coordination between internal teams, external partners, suppliers and external event organizers.
• Manage event administration, including project documentation, CRM updates, lead management and reporting.
• Assist with webinar production, including scheduling, speaker coordination, rehearsals and live event support.
• Assist in coordinating the creation and delivery of event marketing assets in partnership with Design, Content, Social Media and Performance Marketing teams.
• Support post-event activities, including lead processing, follow-up campaigns, event reporting and performance tracking.
• Help to maintain event materials, inventory and budgets, ensuring all resources are organized and event-ready.
• Research new event, sponsorship and partnership opportunities that align with company objectives.
• Take ownership of a wide variety of ad hoc projects and administrative tasks, providing proactive support to the Events Manager in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

🙌 What you're like

• You are self-driven, organized and able to manage several projects at once.
• You have experience organizing events and the surrounding communication workflows.
• Some background in the tech, AI, fintech, or fraud prevention space is ideal, but not strictly required.
• Having previous CRM and email marketing experience is a plus.
• You have excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, and you’re comfortable coordinating with senior leaders, technical experts, and customers.
• You thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy creative problem-solving.
• You can manage multiple projects and deadlines with confidence.
• You’re collaborative, detail-oriented, and enjoy working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams.
• You are happy to travel to events abroad as needed.
