And what do we actually do?
We protect the AI and automation systems of modern financial services from manipulation and attack. We do so by forensically analyzing everything from the documents submitted by customers to the ongoing behaviors they exhibit while using the service to uncover and prevent serial fraud, synthetic identities, account takeovers, money laundering and as yet unknown financial threats operating at scale.
This is our founding team's second startup, and we recently closed our Series B investment round led by Google Ventures, Index Ventures and Credo Ventures.
🔎 Who are we looking for?
We are expanding our Product team and looking for a Lead Product Engineer to join us in Prague.
This is a true player-coach role. You'll build customer-facing experiences, mentor frontend engineers, partner closely with Product and Design, and regularly engage with customers to understand their workflows, validate ideas, and accelerate product improvements.
💪 What you'll do?
- Design, build and maintain modern customer-facing web applications
- Mentor and coach frontend engineers through code reviews and technical leadership
- Drive frontend architecture, engineering standards and best practices
- Partner closely with Product Managers and UX Designers
- Meet directly with customers to understand pain points and validate ideas
- Translate customer feedback into intuitive user experiences
- Improve developer experience and frontend quality
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers and designers
- Remain hands-on in the codebase while leading initiatives
- Help shape the long-term frontend roadmap
🙌 What do you bring?
- 5+ years building modern web applications with Vue.js, React, TypeScript or similar
- Experience mentoring or leading frontend engineers
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture and performance
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Interest in speaking with customers and understanding business problems
- Experience working closely with Product and Design
- Analytical mindset and passion for continuous improvement
- Fluent English (C1 level)
