Customer Success Manager
Administration · Full-time
Prague, Czechia
About us:
We are Resistant AI, a fast-moving startup where things happen quickly, and decisions are made just as fast. We believe in taking initiative—better to ask forgiveness than permission—but don't worry, we keep it organized and collaborative. If you love the thrill of building and iterating, you'll fit right in!
And what do we actually do? We protect the AI and automation systems of modern financial services from manipulation and attack. We do so by forensically analyzing everything from the documents submitted by customers to the ongoing behaviors they exhibit while using the service to uncover and prevent serial fraud, synthetic identities, account takeovers, money laundering and as yet unknown financial threats operating at scale. This is our founding team's second startup, and we closed our series B investment round led by Google Ventures, Index and Credo Ventures. More information about us can easily be found here: Resistant AI.
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager (in Prague) to own the success, health, and long-term value of our customer relationships.
This isn't a reactive account-care role - it's a customer outcomes role. You're accountable for customers achieving real business impact from Resistant AI, and for their confidence in that value. You'll build a deep understanding of each customer and turn it into success plans, impact reviews, and growth signals.
You won't do this alone: technical delivery, integration health, and commercial expansion on complex accounts sit with specialist partners. You're the person who brings that engine together around the customer outcome.
What you'll own
- Understanding your customer's wider business strategy, and connecting our platform to it
- Whether the customer sees, understands, and believes in the value we deliver, proven in language their leadership already tracks, and the narrative how it ties to their business goals
- Clear time-to-value milestones, and that customers reach them
- Impact reviews and EBRs that focus on outcomes, not just activity
- Adoption, usage, health, and engagement across your book of business
- Early identification of risk, and coordinating action before it escalates
- Multi-threaded relationships from operational users up to C-suite
- And most importantly Customer health, NDR, GDR, NPS, and advocacy
Who you'll work with
- Customer Engineering (CE) - owns the technical engine: integration, configuration, tuning, and first-line escalation. You turn what they build into a business result.
- Account Management (AM) - owns contract paper and pricing on our larger accounts. You own the qualification and the "why now" case they sell against.
- Support - owns issue resolution to SLA. You own how the customer experiences that resolution.
- Product - owns the roadmap. You feed them business-impact signal from your accounts.
You'll be successful when
- Customers reach first impact quickly and understand the value delivered
- Relationships are healthy, multi-threaded, and trusted
- Risks are caught early, well before they become value recognition problems
- Usage, adoption, and business impact are visible and reviewed regularly
The best version of this relationship isn't measured in fraud prevention - it's the market entered, the product launched, the strategy rethought because of a partnership with Resistant AI.
What we're looking for
- Several years in Customer Success, Account Management, Technical Account Management, or a similar customer-facing B2B role
- Experience with complex B2B customers, ideally in financial services, fintech, fraud, risk, compliance, identity, payments, insurance, or banking
- Strong relationship management - confident with both operational users and senior stakeholders
- Ability to connect product usage to measurable business value and to revenue
- Comfort working cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams
- Fluency with retention concepts (NDR, GDR, NPS); familiarity with revenue models and systematic sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC or SPICED) is a plus
- Comfort with ambiguity in a scaling company, and the instinct to turn it into structure
Why Join Us
- Work alongside AI fraud-fighting experts in a friendly, collaborative environment.
- Contribute to the success of one of the fastest-growing startups in Europe, recognized for its groundbreaking work in Fintech.
- Take ownership of a critical growth function with direct visibility into the company’s pipeline and revenue.
- Modern working environment in the center of Prague.
- Hybrid work environment, with flexible hours and home office days (no full remote).
- 5 weeks of vacation + sick days.
- Team events and sports activities on a regular basis.
