Are you passionate about building products that solve complex customer problems and deliver measurable business impact? Do you enjoy combining customer insight, market understanding, and technology to define where a product should go next?

Do you thrive at the intersection of product, technology, customers, and commercial strategy? Are you the kind of person who enjoys understanding what customers really need, turning those insights into a clear product strategy and roadmap, and bringing teams together to deliver products that customers value?

If so, we would love to hear from you!

About us:

We are Resistant AI, a fast-moving startup where things happen quickly, and decisions are made just as fast. We believe in taking initiative—better to ask forgiveness than permission—but don't worry, we keep it organized and collaborative. If you love the thrill of building and iterating, you'll fit right in!

And what do we actually do? We protect the AI and automation systems of modern financial services from manipulation and attack. We do so by forensically analyzing everything from the documents submitted by customers to the ongoing behaviors they exhibit while using the service to uncover and prevent serial fraud, synthetic identities, account takeovers, money laundering and as yet unknown financial threats operating at scale. This is our founding team's second startup, and we closed our series B investment round led by Google Ventures, Index and Credo Ventures. More information about us can easily be found here: Resistant AI.

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the evolution of Resistant Transactions.

This is a highly cross-functional role at the centre of Resistant AI's Transactions business. You will work across Research, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Strategic Partnerships and the Leadership team to ensure everyone is aligned behind a shared vision, clear priorities and measurable customer outcomes.

You'll spend as much time understanding customers and the market as you do shaping the roadmap. You'll identify opportunities for growth, decide which ideas deserve investment and keep the organisation focused on solving the problems that matter most.

Success in this role isn't measured by the number of features shipped, but by the value delivered to customers and the impact created for the business.

What will you be doing?

Own product strategy

  • Define, communicate and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Resistant Transactions.
  • Translate customer problems, market opportunities and company strategy into clear product priorities.
  • Balance short-term customer needs with long-term strategic investments.
  • Ensure roadmap decisions support measurable customer and business outcomes.

Align the business

  • Act as the connective tissue between Research, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Strategic Partnerships and the Leadership team.
  • Create a shared understanding of customer problems, product priorities and success metrics across the business.
  • Build alignment around what matters most, ensuring teams move together towards common goals.
  • Champion transparency and clear communication so stakeholders understand not only what we are building, but why.

Be the voice of the customer

  • Develop trusted relationships with customers, becoming a strategic advisor on transaction monitoring, fraud and AML challenges.
  • Lead continuous customer discovery with MLROs, Fraud Leaders, Operations teams and Investigators.
  • Validate product ideas through research, customer discovery, Proofs of Value and data.
  • Ensure customer insight informs every significant product decision.

Grow our partner ecosystem

  • Work closely with strategic partners to identify opportunities that strengthen the Transactions proposition.
  • Assess the commercial, technical and customer value of prospective partnerships.
  • Support successful product integrations, joint go-to-market initiatives and customer delivery alongside partner organisations.
  • Ensure partnerships create differentiated customer value and contribute to business growth.

Represent Resistant AI in the market

  • Become a recognised voice on AI-powered transaction monitoring and financial crime detection.
  • Represent Resistant AI at industry conferences, customer events, webinars and partner engagements.
  • Monitor market trends, emerging fraud typologies, regulation, competitor activity and technological developments.
  • Bring external insights back into the organisation to continuously strengthen product strategy.

Deliver great products

  • Work closely with Engineering and Research to translate product strategy into high-quality outcomes.
  • Prioritise work using evidence, customer value and commercial impact.
  • Measure outcomes and iterate continuously.

What makes someone successful?

The best Product Managers don't simply say “yes” to every customer or internal request; they know when to say no.

You understand that every feature or new direction carries a cost, and that focus is one of the team's greatest competitive advantages. You are comfortable making difficult decisions, distinguishing genuine opportunities from distractions and helping others understand those decisions.

You bring people together around shared goals, create clarity in ambiguity and keep the organisation focused on delivering meaningful customer value rather than simply delivering more features.

You are naturally curious, commercially minded and deeply customer-centric. You enjoy understanding complex problems, working across disciplines and helping teams make better decisions through evidence rather than opinion.

What we’re looking for

Experience

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering B2B SaaS products.
  • Experience working cross-functionally, particularly with Engineering teams in an Agile environment.
  • Strong customer discovery, product strategy and roadmap management experience.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated success balancing customer needs, technical constraints and commercial priorities.
  • Experience in financial crime, AML transaction monitoring, fraud detection, payments, AI/ML products, RegTech, FinTech or enterprise SaaS is a key.

Skills

  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management.
  • Exceptional prioritisation and decision-making.
  • Strong commercial and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to build trust with enterprise customers and partners.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort representing the company externally as a product and domain expert.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling customer value.
  • Fluent English (C1 level); additional languages are a plus.

What do we offer?

  • Working alongside some of the top professionals in AI, fraud detection, cybersecurity and machine learning.
  • A unique opportunity to own and shape a strategically important Resistant AI product.
  • A culture that values individual intellect as much as teamwork.
  • A rapidly growing company where your decisions have direct customer and business impact.
  • Flexible working arrangements.
  • 5 weeks vacation and 5 sick days.
  • The opportunity to work with some of the world's leading financial institutions and fintech companies.
  • The chance to influence the strategy, development, positioning and commercial success of a category-leading fraud prevention platform.
