About us:

We are Resistant AI, a fast-moving startup where things happen quickly, and decisions are made just as fast. We believe in taking initiative—better to ask forgiveness than permission—but don't worry, we keep it organized and collaborative. If you love the thrill of building and iterating, you'll fit right in!

And what do we actually do? We protect the AI and automation systems of modern financial services from manipulation and attack. We do so by forensically analyzing everything from the documents submitted by customers to the ongoing behaviors they exhibit while using the service to uncover and prevent serial fraud, synthetic identities, account takeovers, money laundering and as yet unknown financial threats operating at scale. This is our founding team's second startup, and we closed our series B investment round led by Google Ventures, Index and Credo Ventures. More information about us can easily be found here: Resistant AI.

We're looking for a Partner Success Manager (in Prague) to grow the success and value of our partnerships - focusing on partners who embed and enrich their own products with Resistant AI.

This is a two-sided outcome. Your partner only succeeds if their own end customers see real value from the fraud and risk capabilities they've built on top of us - which means you're managing success one level removed from the end user, through the partner's team. You make sure the partner's people can sell it, explain it, support it, and stand behind it with confidence - and that the pipeline and revenue this generates for both companies actually materializes.

You won't do this alone: integration depth and technical delivery sit with the Partner Engineer, and commercial paper and pricing sit with the Partner Manager. You're the person who makes sure the partner's organization is actually capable of winning and retaining business with what we've built together.

What you'll own

  • Enablement of the partner's team: training, certification, and playbooks so their sales, delivery, and support people can represent our capability as their own
  • The partner's confidence and fluency in positioning what our tool adds to their product - proven in language their leadership and their sales teams actually use
  • Joint pipeline and revenue tracking - deals sourced or accelerated through the partnership, and forecasting against it with the Partner Manager
  • Time-to-competency milestones for new partner teams, and coordinating re-certification as their staff and product evolve
  • Visibility into how the partner's own end customers are experiencing the embedded capability, even though you rarely touch those relationships directly
  • Early identification of risk - stalled certification, knowledge loss from partner team turnover, disengagement, or a partner's end-customer churn signal - and coordinating action before it hits the joint pipeline
  • Multi-threaded relationships within the partner organization, from the hands-on integrators up to the partner's commercial leadership
  • Occasional direct engagement with referral partners, where the motion is lighter-touch but the same enablement and pipeline discipline applies

Who you'll work with

  • Partner Engineer (PE) - owns the technical engine: integration, configuration, tuning, and first-line escalation for the partner's build. You turn what they build into something the partner's team can confidently sell and support.
  • Partner Manager (PM) - owns contract paper, pricing, and the commercial relationship on our larger partnerships. You own whether the partner's team is capable and motivated enough to make that commercial case land.
  • Support - owns issue resolution to SLA for escalations that reach us. You own how well-equipped the partner's own front line is to resolve things before they ever get there.
  • Product - owns the roadmap. You feed them signal on where partner teams struggle to explain, sell, or support what we've built, and where OEM integrations reveal gaps.

You'll be successful when

  • New partner teams reach sales and support competency quickly, and stay current as their staff turns over
  • Joint pipeline and partner-sourced revenue are visible, tracked, and growing
  • Partner organizations can operate independently - selling, positioning, and supporting our capability without needing us in the room
  • Risk to the partnership - whether commercial, technical, or a knowledge gap on the partner's side - is caught well before it shows up in the numbers

The best version of this relationship isn't measured in a single deployment - it's the partner's own sales team closing deals on the strength of a capability they now understand better than most of our direct customers do.

What we're looking for

  • Several years in Partner Success, Partner Enablement, Channel Management, Customer Success, or a similar partner-facing B2B role
  • Experience with OEM, embedded, or technology partnerships, ideally in financial services, fintech, fraud, risk, compliance, identity, payments, insurance, or banking
  • Comfort building and delivering training or certification programs for a partner's commercial and technical teams
  • Strong relationship management - confident with hands-on integrators and senior partner leadership alike
  • Ability to connect partner enablement to joint pipeline, revenue, and downstream end-customer outcomes
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams on both sides of the partnership
  • Familiarity with revenue models and systematic sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC or SPICED) is a plus
  • Comfort with ambiguity in a scaling company, and the instinct to turn it into structure

Why Join Us

  • Work alongside AI fraud-fighting experts in a friendly, collaborative environment.
  • Contribute to the success of one of the fastest-growing startups in Europe, recognized for its groundbreaking work in Fintech.
  • Take ownership of a critical growth function with direct visibility into the company’s pipeline and revenue.
  • Modern working environment in the center of Prague.
  • Hybrid work environment, with flexible hours and home office days (no full remote).
  • 5 weeks of vacation + sick days.
