The Growth team is the engine that (as you would expect) drives Revolut’s growth across the globe.

With a community-driven and marketing-driven approach they ensure our product is the preferred choice of the majority of people living in a target country or region ⭐

Each area of the team works like special forces: from acquisition to engagement, they own their markets and use their know-how to grow the brand and our user base at breakneck speed 🚀

Working with teams such as Sales, Product, Design, Data, and Engineering, our B2B Marketing Lead will develop strong industry relations with a community-driven and marketing-driven approach to focus on education and ensure adoption of our ad solutions amongst the advertising industry ⭐

What you’ll be doing

  • Driving the business marketing strategy for Revolut Media Solutions, the advertising commercial arm of Revolut
  • Championing Revolut Media Solutions across the advertising community, looking to educate and create opportunities for our Sales teams to develop and foster key client relationships and demonstrate how Revolut can deliver impactful advertising
  • Engaging and developing industry relations across the advertising ecosystem to help raise Revolut’s Media Solutions as a disruptive challenger to traditional advertising platforms
  • Developing scaled marketing materials to educate potential advertisers and drive demand
  • Helping the commercial team drive new and existing business across the advertising industry
  • Launching the B2B marketing function and building a team from scratch
  • Building key relationship responsibilities with publishers and trade press, industry associations, events, and the wider advertising community
  • Becoming the product expert and driving adoption of Revolut Media Solutions across digital advertising

What you'll need

  • 7+ years of experience in a commercial marketing function, driving scalable education programmes
  • Demonstrable experience driving significant revenue growth through scaled marketing programmes and materials within a fast-growing advertising platform
  • Strong network and contacts across the advertising industry, in particular with publishers and trade press, industry bodies, and media agency groups
  • Previous experience working as a marketing lead for a publisher, brand, or start-up
  • Good knowledge of the digital media landscape and experience in UK and European digital advertising markets
  • Experience with product solution selling in collaboration with or for agencies
  • Experience working with or affiliated to one of the leading advertising industry bodies
  • Experience mentoring and coaching others
  • Start-up experience, building departments and programmes from the ground up

Nice to have

  • Strong c-level network and contacts across the advertising industry
  • Past industry body/association participation and/or committee membership
  • Experience driving scalable marketing programmes for a fast-growing advertising business
  • Expert knowledge of mobile apps and digital/mobile marketing
