We’re building one of the best Information Security teams to make Revolut the safest place to keep your money. That's where you come in. We're looking for a technical and detail-oriented Information Security Manager to ensure the compliance and best practices in our IT and Information Security function. Someone who can switch communication between technical and not-technical audiences. An experienced individual with solid technical knowledge and an absolute love for security technologies.

What you’ll be doing

• Collaborating with the Global Information Security team, working towards the maturity, automation, and scalability of infosec and IT operation controls
• Developing and delivering strategies, methodologies, communications, and training plans to raise awareness of infosec within Revolut Bank and Payments UABs
• Localising Revolut Bank and Payments UABs IT and Information Security policies and procedures, in line with Mexico and EU regulations
• Ensuring the performance and availability to deliver all infosec technical services
• Developing solid working relationships with CNBV and Banxico regarding Revolut’s infosec policies/procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
• Conducting and completing third-party security reviews and risk assessments
• Providing expertise and coordinating internal and external reviews of security frameworks, such as PCI-DSS, 27001, SOC, and standards to local and group teams
• Conducting annual reviews of current vendors
• Reporting on the security maturity, risks and events of Revolut Mexico to senior management

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in infosec and IT operations in fintech or banking
• Intermediate experience in technical security disciplines and information security requirements within technology
• Experience managing intra-group outsourcing of IT and infosec services
• An excellent understanding of compliance requirements, including those related to the financial services industry
• A great understanding of PCI-DSS, PSD2, GDPR, and other compliance and regulatory frameworks
• Expertise in cloud environments and technology stack
• Technical experience of IT and infosec tools and controls
• Technical knowledge of linux/windows operating systems
• Basic knowledge of programming
• Fluency in English
• To be based in Mexico City as this is a hybrid position, with 3 days/week in office

Nice to have

• Hands-on coding experience with SQL
• A STEM degree
