About the role

The Revolut People team is pivotal to how we support our people and manage a seamless experience for them each day. From onboarding flows to line manager coaching and development, our goal is to create a partnership with our teams that’s people-centric and value-adding. We’re looking for a People Partner to support the learning and development of our fast growing teams. A data-oriented and results-driven professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who’ll take our L&D strategies to the next level. An experienced and passionate individual who loves to grow and assist others do the same.

What you’ll be doing

  • Partnering with key business functions to uncover short, mid, and long-term talent development needs
  • Creating timely and impactful learning solutions and programmes
  • Analysing performance and culture data to identify talent development needs and advise key stakeholders on solution areas
  • Working on training, reporting, and analytics for the department
  • Supporting the implementation of our mandatory training framework
  • Managing our learning infrastructure
  • Resolving tickets/issues raised for the L&D department

What you'll need

  • Previous experience in HR, Organisational Development, Learning and Development, or Human Capital consulting
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to turn complex information into accessible, straightforward user-centred content
  • Experience building relationships and influencing across a matrix structure
  • Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders to assess and prioritise business needs, determine performance and development gaps, and create and execute a learning strategy and plan
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to conduct needs analysis, interpret data, and advise key stakeholders on solution areas
  • An in-depth understanding of talent development landscape and trends
  • Experience leading successful projects, working both autonomously and effectively with others
  • Passion for ideating, innovating, and challenging while constantly finding new and creative ways to engage learners
  • Great data analysis skills

Nice to have

  • Previous experience developing internal talent programmes, including high-potential programmes for interns, graduates, and top performers
