As a Creative Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for adopting and localising product positioning, global marketing, and brand campaigns, contributing to the local social media strategy, researching, and advocating for customers, and owning the strategy for new customer-facing features launched in your specific market.
You’ll work with the Head of Growth of your market to deliver highly impactful campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement for Revolut’s features.

What you’ll be doing
- Working closely with the Head of Growth of your country to adopt global go-to-market launch strategies, including messaging and product positioning
- Taking charge of audience strategy, value proposition, and communication strategies to successfully launch impactful products
- Working with local language owners to adapt global marketing campaigns, making them relevant to local audiences, owning tone of voice and style guides
- Running seasonal and product marketing campaigns relevant to your market
- Identifying customer needs by deeply understanding our customers and how our features works locally to create data-driven, actionable insights for Product and Marketing teams
What you'll need
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in Hungarian
- A passion for Revolut’s products and knowledge of markets and the competitive landscape
- Experience in B2B or B2C growth or marketing in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working closely with copywriting and design teams to develop creative and engaging content
- Extensive experience developing stories and compelling content to drive conversion
- An impressive track record in planning and creating editorial and commercial content, developing content strategies, editorial plans, tone of voice, and style guides
- A solid track record in consumer marketing and an understanding of channels (in-product, digital, PR, and offline activations)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work in an ever-changing startup environment
Compensation range
- Vilnius: €2,500 - €3,700 gross monthly*
- Lithuania: €2,500 - €3,700 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
