Working with Product, Design, Data Science, Engineering, Growth, and just about any other team you can think of, our superstar Product Marketers help develop jaw-dropping features, then show off how beneficial they are to millions of people through killer campaigns.

We’re looking for an outstanding Lead Product Marketing Manager to elevate our core financial features, establish Revolut as the main account for millions of customers globally, and communicate the positive impact of Revolut to build customer trust.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Immersing yourself in understanding our customers’ needs and how our core financial features function globally
  • Leveraging feedback loops and trends to extract data-driven, actionable insights that inform product marketing strategy
  • Creating and owning the product marketing strategy across all channels for our core financial features
  • Designing impactful, data-driven quarterly roadmaps to forecast, prioritise, and deliver projects that increase usage of Revolut as a main account in creative, efficient ways
  • Leading the development and execution of effective launch strategies for Revolut’s core financial features
  • Crafting value propositions, formulating clear messaging and positioning, briefing creatives, and orchestrating launches across marketing channels and geographies
  • Developing solid cross-functional relationships in a fast-paced environment to effectively bring new features and campaigns to market

What You'll Need

  • Experience in B2B/B2C product, brand, or consumer marketing in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a hyper-growth tech company
  • Passion for Revolut’s features
  • Knowledge of markets and competitive landscape in the fintech or payments industry
  • Extensive experience setting strategic direction and project managing complex go-to-market campaigns that require input and execution from various cross-functional teams
  • To be recognised for generating highly original ideas and setting the standard for creative excellence while maintaining brand integrity
  • A solid track record in consumer marketing and understanding of channels (in-product, digital, PR, and offline activations)
  • Successful history of hiring and retaining top talent and leading high-performing creative teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • To be a people-person with the ability to talk to anyone and work in an ever-changing startup environment
  • An exceptional eye for detail and quality

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, payments, financial services, or creative agency
  • A master’s degree in a relevant field of study
