Excited to join? We can't wait to have you on board.

  • Advising the business on compliance and legal issues surrounding structuring of new and existing financial products, providing consumer credit, payments, banking, and data protection advice
  • Drafting customer-facing legal documents for products and features
  • Being an integral part of product and commercial teams, helping to design and deliver solutions compliant with credit legislation and banking regulations
  • Helping to structure and expand Revolut's products, managing regulatory expectations, requirements, and applications
  • Engaging proactively and working alongside local regulators in Mexico
  • Excelling at leadership while also undertaking executional work to handle significant and complex legal matters with short turnaround times

What you'll need

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • 6+ years of PQE
  • Excellent academic and law firm/in-house credentials
  • Experience advising on banking and financial regulation in Mexico
  • Expertise in consumer credit and advising on related credit products, such as unsecured loans and credit card products
  • Sound judgement, composure under pressure, and a collaborative mindset
  • Confidence making decisions where there's ambiguity or incomplete information
  • Impeccable stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Exceptional drafting skills
  • Great project management skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in payments and advising on payments products
