About the role

The Outsourcing Team is a key part of the Bank Information Group. It manages and oversees the risks of outsourcing and third-party arrangements as part of Revolut's internal control framework. This includes overseeing all documentation related to outsourcing, operational resilience, and exit plans, as well as implementing tools for vendor lifecycle management, performance monitoring, and management information reporting.

We're looking for an Outsourcing Manager, to collaborate closely with service owners, compliance, risk, and service delivery teams to manage ongoing supplier and intra-group relationships. You will also ensure that all documentation and regulatory reporting requirements related to third-party management are met.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing activities related to the outsourcing risk and third party risk management, including onboarding, due diligence, risk assessment, and continuous vendor monitoring
  • Working closely with Bank teams and Revolut Group stakeholders ensuring implementation of outsourcing and third party risk management policy and operating model for supply chain and outsourcing management in support of the overall Bank strategy and business plan, ensuring great consumer outcomes
  • Controlling that approvals are processed through internal governance in relation to outsourcing changes and other vendor lifecycle deliveries
  • Providing clear guidance for staff on third party risk management procedures, risk assessments, and their ongoing accountability for performance monitoring, risk management, and compliance of the service
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance - EBA guidelines on outsourcing arrangements, DORA
  • Performing ongoing monitoring of service providers for compliance with the chain outsourcing or subcontracting governance process
  • Preparing regulatory papers; regular reports to senior management on the status of outsourcing activities, third party risks, compliance and performance metrics

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as finance, business administration, or economics;
  • 3+ years of experience in a role involving supply chain management or outsourcing, third party risk management, preferably in the financial services sector;
  • Knowledge of a broad range of outsourcing and business resilience regulation and its application in retail financial services;
  • Experience in developing service management, monitoring processes, and conducting risk assessments in respect of new outsourcing arrangements and on an ongoing basis;
  • Experience with SQL;
  • Fluency in English

Nice to have

  • A risk management qualification would be a bonus
  • Executive and Board-level interaction experience
  • Excellent connections across industry stakeholder groups
  • Relevant financial services experience

Compensation range

  • Lithuania: €3,100 - €3,600 gross monthly*
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
