About Revolut

People deserve more from their money. More visibility, more control, and more freedom. Since 2015, Revolut has been on a mission to deliver just that. Our powerhouse of products — including spending, saving, investing, exchanging, travelling, and more — help our 45+ million customers get more from their money every day.

As we continue our lightning-fast growth,‌ 2 things are essential to our success: our people and our culture. In recognition of our outstanding employee experience, we've been certified as a Great Place to Work™. So far, we have 10,000+ people working around the world, from our offices and remotely, to help us achieve our mission. And we're looking for more brilliant people. People who love building great products, redefining success, and turning the complexity of a chaotic world into the simplicity of a beautiful solution.

About the role

The Finance team is an integral part of any business. At Revolut, we take that one step further. Our global fintech would be lost without them. They’re more than just an important part of the business — they’re our backbone.

Supporting all areas of the company and assessing financial implications from various key strategic decisions and growth opportunities — this is what our financial people do all day long.

We're looking for a Finance & Strategy Manager to join our world-class team we're creating to steer the company through the next phase of growth in Mexico.

You'll be the commercial brain of the company, driving Revolut’s business planning process, identifying, and measuring growth and profitability initiatives, and acting as a strategic partner to key product and regional Heads of Departments.

What you’ll be doing

  • Working in our business plan, you’ll be leading strategic and financial planning processes (e.g., Monthly Reviews, Forecasts, Annual Budget, and Long Range Plan) assisting with decision making regarding resource allocation and prioritisation
  • Building and owning financial forecast models, including scenario and in-depth ad-hoc analyses
  • Providing financial insights to department owners and the leadership team by developing frameworks for revenue and margins across countries, user segments, and mix of products, and how that compares to other regions
  • Driving and measuring growth and profitability initiatives, including setting pricing, improving margins, assessing new products and regions, acquisition targets, large deals and contracts

What you'll need

  • 3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or strategy consulting at a top-tier company
  • Excellent quantitative and technical skills, including complex financial modelling and data analysis using tools such as SQL, MS Excel, or Python
  • Robust working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting standards
  • Track record of delivering results in a cross-functional, high-growth, and fast-paced environment
  • At least having a Finance/Economics degree from a top university
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You can make a good business case and convince people to help you execute
  • Previous experience in a similar role (Finance & Strategy, FP&A, Strategic Finance, etc) in a fast growing fintech / technology scale-up would be desirable.
  • CFA (or other relevant industry certifications) or MBA from a top-tier degree is desirable

Building a global financial super app isn’t enough. Our Revoluters are a priority, and that’s why in 2021 we launched our inaugural D&I Framework, designed to help us thrive and grow everyday. We're not just doing this because it's the right thing to do. We’re doing it because we know that seeking out diverse talent and creating an inclusive workplace is the way to create exceptional, innovative products and services for our customers. That’s why we encourage applications from people with diverse backgrounds and experiences to join this multicultural, hard-working team.
