So far, we have 10,000+ people working around the world, from our offices and remotely, to help us achieve our mission. And we're looking for more brilliant people. About the role

Encouraged to break new frontiers, Business Development at Revolut is at the front line of diversifying and increasing profit for the company as a whole. These teams work across industries and areas to present various creative options for new revenue streams.

Responsible for every pitch from inception to delivery, they also ensure that all new ideas are viable from a commercial perspective. Though individual specialists are spread across the business, supporting different teams in their growth, they still come together as a function to align on key areas as often as necessary.

We’re looking for a Junior Business Development Manager to work within the Growth Partnerships team whose mission is to form strategic partnerships with leaders in various industries to fuel the growth of our business, from new signups to engagement with our existing customers.

You’ll use your impeccable analytical and communication skills and robust project and relationship management to successfully negotiate and close deals. This is an exciting opportunity for you to own and negotiate strategic deals that have a direct impact on the company’s bottom-line performance.

Collaborating with the various teams in our Growth department, you’ll help Revolut get the best commercial deals in the market, while achieving lasting and sustainable relationships with our partners.

Up for the challenge? Let’s get in touch 🚀

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading commercial negotiations on behalf of Revolut with key partners (agencies, vendors), catering to the needs of the business while ensuring maximum value and optimising cost
  • Diving deep into various projects and team needs, understanding the business requirements and negotiating terms that support our operations and objectives
  • Running RFPs to identify the most suitable partners for our business
  • Creating, owning, and presenting bespoke business cases and forecasting for key deals to top leadership at Revolut
  • Managing various projects in parallel, working at times under tight timelines, planning contingencies, and managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Conducting forward-looking analysis on current/future vendors to drive commercial savings and performance improvements
  • Developing processes, benchmarks, and tools to drive further efficiencies in our operations and negotiations

What you'll need

  • 1–3 years experience in a consulting firm/internal consulting division with experience in cost optimisation, financial transformation, or corporate strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to construct, analyse, and negotiate commercial agreements
  • Project management experience with multiple levels of complexity across various functions
  • Fluency in English with outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills
  • Robust analytical skills
  • Natural curiosity and a will to make an impact
